The Honduras mission initiative began in 1994. Today The United Methodist Mission Church in Honduras is a community of Christ-seeking men, women and children from throughout Honduras who have built 12 growing congregations.

An Inspirational Vignette
Alba Lagos came to faith in Christ following a very painful and fearful period in her life. Through the witness of others, she began to discover answers to her questions in God's word. Her faith has grown and, through her faith, her whole family has come to know Christ. Today she is actively serving as a local pastor.
